The customers who purchased our mobile applications in Google Play Store, Apple iTune store and Amazon should follow the refund policy defined by them. We don't process any charge and refund on our mobile applications purchased in those stores.
All business customers pay the service we provided, and there is no refund for the service we have provided.
A ROOS business customer may cancel ROOS service with one month in advance notice to us. A cancellation means that no future order will be sent to the customer. The cancellation of ROOS does not generate a refund - it will only stop sending any future online orders to the customer.
